SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A new public art exhibit is brightening up San Francisco.

A "Fancy Animal Carnival" was officially unveiled in San Francisco's Civic Center. It features 19 animals painted in bright colors with cartoonish figures. They are the work of Taiwanese artist Hung Yi.
